Day 01 –  Arrival at  Bucharest  airport. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at 4-star hotel.

Day 02 – Full-day  trip   to   the   Castles.  Departure   to   Sinaia. Visit of the  Peles   Castle ( ex royal  residence -   now  exquisite  art museum). Departure to Bran including entrance to Dracula Castle. Lunch in restaurant near Dracula Castle. Departure to Brasov. Panoramic city tour with entrance to the Black church and St. Nikolas Church. Back to Bucharest. Dinner at local restaurant in Bucharest. Overnight at 4-star hotel.
    
Day 03 – Half-day sightseeing of Bucharest  including visit of  Parliament   House ( exterior ), Patriarchy   Church  (  interior )  , Old   Town,   Revolution   Square,  Village   Museum.  Lunch. P.M.: Free   time   for  shopping.  In the night folklore  show dinner in tipycal restaurant. Overnight  at 4-star hotel in Bucharest.

Day 04 – After breakfast departure  to  the border. Crossing border with Bulgaria. Meeting  Bulgarian  coach   and   guide in Russe. Lunch. Visit of Cave churches in Ivanovo – a monument under UNESCO protection.  Drive to Veliko Turnovo. Upon request watching of the “Sound and light” performance. Dinner and overnight at 4-star hotel.
 
Day 05 – Sightseeing of Veliko Tarnovo with entrance to the Tzarevets hill– capital of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom (12th-14th C.)and to Arbanassi village – architectural reserve and museum town with houses and churches from 17th –19th C.  with entrance to the Jesus Christ’s Nativity Church and to Konstanzalieva house. Drive to Kazanlak through Shipka pass – possibility for tasting buffalo yoghurt. Visit of the Ethnographic outdoor museum Etara with its 18th -19th C. crafts. Lunch in Kazanlak. Visit to the Thracian Tomb – included in the UNESCO List. Drive to Plovdiv. Dinner and overnight at 4-star hotel.

Day 06 – Sightseeing of the old part of Plovdiv with beautiful old houses from the Bulgarian Revival period (18th – 19th C.). Entrance to the St. Konstantin and Elena church and to the Roman Theatre. Lunch. Departure to Sofia. Entrance to Boyana church (11th C.) included in UNESCO List. At the night dinner with folklore show at tavern. Overnight at 4-star hotel in Sofia.

Day 07 – Half-day sightseeing of Sofia with visit to Al. Nevski Cathedral, St. Sofia Church, Russian Church, Ruins of Serdica, St. George Rotunda (4th C. AD). Lunch. Departure to Rila Monastery- visit of the largest and one of the oldest Bulgarian monasteries (10th C.), included in the UNESCO World Heritage List with medieval defence tower from the 14th C. and fine frescoes.  Dinner and overnight at 4-star hotel.

 Day 08 – Tranfer to Sofia airport. Departure
